Function Added:
1. commands support: you can leave trade channel using commands. (/wtc off, /wtc on)
2. more language support, including "zhTW", "deDE", "frFR", "zhCN", "ruRU", "esES", "ptBR".

Bug Fixed.
1. Fix a bug which may cause you receive a message two times when you have a network issue.

Changes:
we no longer use custom channel style [5. World Trade], but directly use [2. Trade] when you are not in a trade enabled zone.
