World PVP Alert

World PvP Alert is a lightweight standalone addon for WoW Classic Anniversary that automatically detects real player-versus-player combat happening nearby in the open world.

You do not need to target, mouse over, or interact with anyone. The addon monitors the local combat log for damage, crowd control, interrupts, dispels, and other hostile actions between enemy and friendly players. When combat is detected, it displays a clear on-screen warning and plays an optional sound.

Commands

• /wpvp on – Enable detection
• /wpvp off – Disable detection
• /wpvp sound on – Enable sound
• /wpvp sound off – Disable sound
• /wpvp test – Display a test alert
• /wpvp unlock – Unlock and move the alert
• /wpvp lock – Save and lock its position
• /wpvp reset – Restore the default position
• /wpvp status – Display current settings

Detection is limited to players within your local combat-log range and the same phase. Pet-only combat is ignored until a player performs a qualifying action.
