World of Tools 1.0.8.1

A quick fix after 1.0.8, with a few things found in a last check before launch. Holo Map is now on by default.

Holo Map

• Holo Map is now on by default. Type /wot holo to show or hide it, or turn it off in the Interface group
• Under Undercity and Ironforge the Circle and Rectangle looks no longer draw the land above you, and the blocky street fill shows only with Town fill on

Fixes

• Backpack + sells your junk again when you talk to a merchant. Thanks to Xifang for the report
• At a merchant the red X only sells items that have a price, and the bank part of the item counts stays up to date while you deposit
• Quests with an item in a folded zone of the quest tracker no longer cause a blocked action in combat
• Quest marks on nameplates are safer inside dungeons
• Map marks shared by your group are only taken from your party or raid
• The World of Tools button in the game menu and the UI scale slider wait for the end of a fight
