MissionAccomplished 1.9.41

Noctis prerequisite guidance fix for WoW Classic Era 1.15.9 (Interface 11509). Update Core, Suite and your installed modules together; all thirteen packages share this release version.

Prerequisite steps

• Fixed the Stormwind Seasoning Herbs supply step incorrectly demanding Seasoned Wolf Kabobs first. The current step now points to Felicia Gump and tracks the herbs; the cooking quest is picked up later as authored.
• Actual missing chain prerequisites remain the current task. Their pickup, unfinished objectives or hand-in take priority, and the blocked route step follows after native completion.
• When the prerequisite is confirmed missing but its availability is unverified, a known friendly pickup or applicable authored pickup becomes a step to check with the giver. The guide retains recorded requirements and asks you to accept it if offered, without claiming eligibility or completion.
• Unknown quest history and missing or hostile destinations retain their existing checks. Navigation preserves the route cursor and does not skip quests or mark prerequisites completed on arrival.

Validation

The resolver and real route regressions passed 246 executions across Elune and PUC Lua 5.1. The full guide verification passed 9,268 LuaUnit executions; the faction audit covers all 4,274 catalogue quests on both sides, including the new giver check. Verified in game after reload: Felicia Gump is the current task, the herbs show 0/1, the compass has its bearing, and the route remains at step 2. Existing unrelated Noctis lint warnings and formatting drift remain.

The other twelve packages are version-aligned companion releases; their runtime behavior is unchanged from 1.9.40.
