What's new

MissionAccomplished 1.9.40

Skinning detection and Noctis Watchlist layout fixes for WoW Classic Era 1.15.9 (Interface 11509). Update Core, Suite and your installed modules together; all thirteen packages share this release version.

Skinning icons

  • Fixed Noctis's private corpse scan rejecting a false return from the native tooltip setter even when it supplies fresh, valid skinning information.
  • The scanner verifies the corpse identity before and after reading its native skinning status and skill colour. Remaining loot, insufficient skill, stale data and mismatched identities still suppress the marker.
  • Verified after reload: hovering a fully looted, unskinned Ashenvale Bear displays the skinning icon in the Menagerie tooltip. Overhead icons still require a native nameplate; Classic may remove corpse nameplates.

Watchlist layout

  • Selected icons now fill outward from the compass on both mirrored wings: dungeons first, raids next, and world buffs at the outer ends.
  • Partial wrapped rows ending in buffs align toward the outer edge.
  • Saved selections and visibility preferences are preserved. Selection order stays stable within each category, including after provider updates.

Validation

Both fixes passed their addon tests on Elune and PUC Lua 5.1 and were verified in game after reload. The skinning tooltip fallback and the current six-item watchlist were observed directly. Persistent overhead icons on corpses without native nameplates are not supported by this update. Existing unrelated lint warnings and formatting drift in Noctis Guides remain.

The other packages are version-aligned companion releases; their runtime behavior is unchanged from 1.9.39.
