Now with minimap icon and some cli options

    - Also mute debug outputs with stfu and move them to places where they won't access the SV before it is loaded
    - /ww stfu should tell you wether it enabled or disabled the chatframe output
    - Add minimap icon with /ww hide/show for minimap icon Now also tells you in chatframe what mode it switched to and when it's done and /ww stfu to toggle chatframe output
