Workout Buddy is a fun and motivational World of Warcraft addon that helps players stay physically active while immersed in the game. Whether you're grinding levels, raiding, or running dungeons, Workout Buddy periodically reminds you to take a break and perform simple real-life exercises, making fitness part of your Azeroth adventure.

How It Works

Timed or Event-Based Reminders
Set custom timers or use in-game triggers, like gaining XP, entering a battleground, or completing a quest, to receive a friendly reminder for a quick workout.

Exercise Queue System
Each reminder presents a randomly selected or pre-set mini workout, such as squats, push-ups, arm circles, or stretches.

Stats Tracking (Coming Soon)
View lifetime totals for workouts completed, time active, and calories burned (estimated). Compare your gains with your in-game progress.

Smart Notifications
Workout Buddy won't interrupt during combat, cinematics, or boss fights. It politely waits for a safe moment, just like a respectful raid leader.

Custom Profiles for Each Character
Want your warrior to do strength exercises and your priest to focus on flexibility? No problem. Each character can have its own workout profile.

Hydration Reminders
Stay hydrated during long sessions with gentle reminders to drink water, optional and configurable.
