switched to a less accurate method to retrieve the unit name due to other addons that seem to remove blizzard frames from their nameplates

* "tooltip transparency for non-targeted npcs" slider added in the options frame
* added some color to the options frame
* tweaked tooltip frame and text size a little bit

tooltips are hooked on the nameplates instead of their UnitFrame, this should resolve any compatibility issue with nameplate enhancing addons
