This addon cancels the Eclipse buff when there isn't enough remainig buff time to take advantage from it and the current casting spell can proc the other Eclipse. Since there is a small gap between the time the client raises UNIT_SPELLCAST_SUCCEEDED and the time it receives the information of that spell, this addon uses this to cancel the eclipse buff when UNIT_SPELLCAST_SUCCEEDED from a spell (S1) is raised, and when the information arrives at the client, S1 (which was sent with Eclipse active) can proc the other eclipse. (Yeah, you can proc a Solar eclipse with a Eclipsed Starfire)
