v0.3.6 - Duplicate floater fix

  • Frame pool in ProcAlerts. Init and Rebuild now reuse the existing floater for each entry instead of creating a new one. Stale orphan frames (which were the cause of the duplicate Lightning Shield icon) are no longer possible.
  • Init/Rebuild order - Rebuild defers to Init if Init hasn't run yet, preventing a race where PLAYER_TALENT_UPDATE fires before LOGIN.
