v0.3.2 - Slider release + spec polish

  • Slider release fix. Dragging the size slider's thumb past the slider's hit area no longer leaves it stuck to the cursor. Release detection polls IsMouseButtonDown every frame.
  • Section rename. Cooldown / Proc Bar in Options is now just CD Bar (procs split into floaters in v0.3.0).
  • Water Shield is now Restoration-only. Was incorrectly showing for Enhancement. Lightning Shield stays available to Enhance and Elemental.
