v0.2.3 - CD bar recovery + diagnostic visibility

  • getActiveSpec wrapped in pcall so a transient GetTalentTabInfo throw at PLAYER_LOGIN can't abort Init silently.
  • Init now prints init-starting and init-done markers to chat with the entry count + active spec.
  • New /wtt cdrebuild slash command tears down the bar state and re-runs Init from scratch. Recovery for the bar-disappeared case without a full /reload.
