Enchants and Gems as sub-tabs

Enchants and Gems are no longer standalone primary tabs. They now live as a frozen sub-tab strip (Gear / Enchants / Gems) below the main tab bar whenever BIS Tracker or Custom Lists is active. Switching class, spec, or primary tab resets the view back to Gear automatically.

Recommended enchant for each slot is now shown inline on every gear row, pulled directly from the spec enchant data for the current class and spec.

Resist spec enchants and gems

• Warlock Fire Resist: stamina-prioritized enchants with Spell Power maintained for threat; resist-stack gem set.
• Warrior Fire Resist, Nature Resist, Frost Resist: tank stamina enchant set; full Stamina gem set.
• Paladin Fire Resist, Nature Resist: same tank enchant and gem set.

Fix

Enchant rows no longer bleed through when switching away from the Enchants sub-tab.
