v0.8.0 - Alt viewer + window persistence

• Alt inventory viewer. View your other characters' bags and bank side-by-side with your own. Click the new title-bar button and pick a character from the dropdown. You will need to log into each alt once after this update so the addon can snapshot their bags and bank.
• Window positions now persist across sessions and reloads for bags, bank, and the alt viewer. Previous releases would reset to default on every /reload because of a saved-variable load-timing quirk on TBC Anniversary.
• Alt snapshots isolated to their own saved variable (WicksBagsAlts). If anything in the snapshot data ever corrupts, your bag positions and options stay intact in WicksBagsDB.
