Whisper Whitelist
Only the people you approve can reach you. Everyone else goes quiet.
Gold sellers, boost spam, guild recruiters, randoms mid-pull. Instead of blocking people one at a time after they've already bothered you, nothing gets through unless you've said it can.
Whispers from anyone not on your list never appear in chat, never make a sound, and never steal your reply target. They're filed away so you can read them later if you feel like it.
Click the minimap button or type /ww to open the window. The Allowed tab is your list — type a name, or click Add Target. The Hidden tab is everything that got filtered, with an Allow button to let someone through from then on.
Optional exceptions you can tick: friends list, guildmates, party/raid members, and anyone you whispered first. Untick them all for a strict list-only inbox. GM messages are never filtered.
Whispers only. Party, raid, guild, say, yell and every chat channel are untouched.
COMMANDS
/ww — open the window
/ww add <name> — approve someone (leave blank to use your target)
/ww del <name> — remove someone
/ww list — print your approved names
/ww blocked — print recent hidden whispers
/ww on and /ww off — toggle the filter
/wwicon — show or hide the minimap button
This is a client-side filter — it controls what you see. The sender just thinks you didn't answer. It's not an ignore list and won't stop anyone from messaging you; use /ignore for that.
