WherePet: Pet Uptime Monitor
WherePet is an addon that provides a customizable text and sound alert when your pet is missing. Vibe coded with AI.
Open Menu: Use /wp or /wherepet to toggle the settings interface.
Core Functionality
The addon displays a text alert for the following classes:
Hunter: Active for BM and Survival; active for Marksmanship only if Unbreakable Bond is talented.
Warlock: Active for all specializations; automatically disabled if Grimoire of Sacrifice is talented.
Death Knight: Active for Unholy.
Mage: Active for Frost Mages when using the Water Elemental talent.
Features & Customization
Visibility Filters: Options to restrict the alert to Combat Only or specifically to Dungeons and Raids.
Custom Text: You can define a custom string to replace the default "WHERE PET?" message.
Audio Notification: Includes a toggleable whistle sound effect that triggers when your pet is not out.
Text Size: Increase or decrease the text size.
Positioning: An "Unlock" mode enables manual dragging of the alert frame. Includes dedicated buttons to snap the frame to the horizontal or vertical center of the screen.
