Anybody in any region is now able to use this addon!

Added complete language coverage to every native language available to WoW ; English, Russian, French, Italian, Portuguese, both Chinese Traditional and Chinese Simplifieid, Korean, Spanish (EU and Latin America) and German!
Added better tooltip scanning, high"mount"ain set no longer gets filtered as a mount, fixed a few other visual issues
Updated localized addon descriptions (.toc Notes) and added X-Localizations metadata.
Minor fixes to the breakdowns and unlearned totals menu 

Upcoming features
Optional Unlearned Totals toggle for more UI flexibility and stability.
In game localization feedback and debugging support.
Support for all vendors.
