Corrected several performance issues where expressions were being incorrectly evaluated before lookup function returned a value. Improved zone map updating algorythm. Corrected an issue that prevented invitations from being issued for yells. Fixed a problem in which raid detection wasn't activated when entering WG until the player changed subzones. Now the zone is checked if a player recieves a no flight zone warning. When raid listening is activated, the module now checks to see if the player is a raid officer. If the player is a raid officer, it then prompts to enable automatic invitations. Added fading message confirming activation of raid detection. Added initialization logic for SV WGIState ro elimate problems with nil variable values.
