Shows proc and timers for: -Bloodsurge -Thunder Clap -Sword and Board -Commanding Shout -Battle Shout
Commands:
"/wfever options" - Shows Options panel
"/wfever show" - Toggles visibility of frames
"/wfever lock" - Locks and unlocks frame position
Right click and drag to move frames.
