WellFedAlert
WellFedAlert shows a pulsing on-screen message, with a raid-warning sound, whenever your Well Fed buff is missing. In WoW Forever most Well Fed dishes also grant +5% experience from kills, so this makes sure you re-eat the moment it drops.
