**Update Notes – July 5, 2026**

- Fixed an issue where the addon failed to update quest status when a character completed a quest and logged out immediately.
- Added automatic update trigger whenever the quest log changes (e.g., quest completion, accepting a new quest, quest progress update, etc.).
- If the main window is currently open (`mainFrame:IsShown()`), it will call `RefreshTable()` to immediately update the display without requiring manual refresh.
