    Release v1.3.5: Add Midnight weekly quests, rename Housing to Neighborhood

    - Add new quests: Midnight Delves, Den of Nalorakk, Community Engagement,
      Something Different, Lost Legends (with real quest ID)
    - Rename Housing section to Neighborhood to match WoW terminology
    - Fix unavailable quests showing as active in all sections (not just Weekly)
    - Fix PvP quests showing false progress via log index verification
    - Grey out unavailable quests with dimmed text and no progress numbers
