Alternative to the WeaponSwingTimer SixxFix addon which allows distinct coloring of swing timer bars when abilties are queued, as well as some additional warrior-specific features.

- Added heuristic based extra attack handling to attempt to replace functionality lost with API changes. Will need to see how well it works with windfury after release.
