Updated the functionality for catching UNIT_SPELLCAST_FAILED_QUIET events to broaden it's scope. This change is intended to catch the specific case of a queued ability being canceled via the player stopping attacking (e.g. through pressing their toggle attack button/bind) without performing a stop casting action or escaping out. Previously the queued state of the bar would not update until they performed some other action to trigger it.
