Weapon Skill Coach 1.1.0

• Now on Classic Era, TBC Anniversary and Titan Reforged as well as WoW Forever: every client that still has weapon skills. Each client uses its own class rules (for example, Rogues can't learn axes on Era and TBC; Shamans train two-handed axes and maces on TBC and Titan; Death Knights on Titan).
• New option Show Your Skill Numbers (on): turn it off for words only, such as "Axes: low, expect many misses".
• New option Show Where to Train (on): turn it off to just see "not trained".
• New option Note When a Skill Catches Up (off): one chat line when a weapon skill that got the low-skill note is good again.
• The "not trained" line only mentions the level 20 requirement (Polearms) while you're below it.
• The Addon Compartment tooltip shows one line when both hands hold the same weapon type.
• Classic clients: if the Weapon Skills header is collapsed in your Skills tab, the tooltip says so instead of guessing.
• Your settings are kept; the new options start in the 1.0.0 look.
