Weak Buffs

Changes since 0.5.1:

• Share learned buff icons across characters, including migration of existing character caches.
• Display the buff name when an icon cannot be resolved, instead of a question mark.
• Add Left, Right, Up, and Down growth options under Display settings, with a fixed origin.
• Clear the buff-name input after successful additions; preserve invalid or duplicate entries for correction.
• Shorten the welcome message and point users to /wb.
• Suppress the first-buff message when account-wide reminders are already configured.

WoW Forever 1.60.1 (interface 16001). Aura restrictions can still suppress reminders in combat.
