Books, letters and plaques are voiced. Open a book, a letter, a note or a plaque — the narrator reads the page; turn the page and the next one is read. 1,143 pages of 387 in-game books and plaques (in the Narrator pack 3.1.0). Can be turned off: "Read books and plaques".

Replay any quest without going back to the NPC: a ▶ button next to each voiced quest in the objective tracker and in the quest log on the world map (in the quest details — a "Listen" button). Press it again to stop. Can be turned off: "▶ buttons next to quests".

No more overlapping voices: the voice now starts when the NPC finishes its greeting ("Greetings!", "How can I help you?"). Greeting lengths are measured from the game's own sound files for every NPC appearance. Can be turned off: "Wait for the NPC greeting".

Talking Head window:

• a background in the colors of the speaker's race — humans, dwarves, gnomes, night elves, orcs, trolls, tauren, the Forsaken, goblins, elves, elementals;
• the narrator reads under a book in its own frame;
• the NPC portrait is a close-up of the face by default, "Half-body" is in the settings;
• /wf move shows the window when nothing is playing, so you can drag it where you like.

Fixes:

• replaying a quest could show the previous NPC's portrait;
• NPCs who are not nearby (a quest from the log, a line waiting in the queue) now get their own portrait — the voice packs 3.1.0 carry NPC appearances.

New in the voice packs 3.1.0: books and plaques, the lore of Zephras Isle, 325 lines re-recorded after testers' reports (stresses).

In total: 9,811 voice lines, 3,586 quests, 994 places, 1,143 book pages.

Wayfarer 0.7.0. Озвучены книги, письма и таблички: открыли — рассказчик читает страницу, перелистнули — следующую (1 143 страницы 387 книг, в паке «Рассказчик» 3.1.0). Прослушать квест ещё раз, не возвращаясь к NPC: кнопка ▶ у квеста в списке заданий у края экрана и в журнале квестов на карте (в описании квеста — «Прослушать»), повторное нажатие — стоп. Голоса не накладываются: озвучка начинается, когда NPC договорит приветствие. «Говорящая голова»: фон в цветах расы говорящего, у рассказчика — книга в своей рамке, портрет NPC крупно (или по пояс — в настройках), /wf move — передвинуть окно. Исправлено: при повторе квеста мог остаться портрет прежнего NPC; у NPC, которых нет рядом, теперь свой портрет. В паках 3.1.0: книги и таблички, лор Острова Зефрис, 325 реплик переозвучены по репортам тестировщиков. Всего 9 811 реплик, 3 586 квестов, 994 места, 1 143 страницы книг.
