Fix UNIT_AURA taint on 12.1: isFullUpdate is a secret boolean

Reading updateInfo.isFullUpdate returns a secret boolean while execution is tainted on 12.1; the direct boolean test threw and spammed the error console every aura update in restricted combat. Probe it under pcall and fall back to a full ScanUnit (freeze-and-skip path) when it's secret.
