- DragLink: Change to a table data structure
- Upgrade to LibBabble-Spell-3.0 for spell icon lookup
- Save spell name, rank & class for type = "spell"
- This allows for spell display no matter which class produced it.

Waterfall-1.0:
Add a finalSetOnly attribute to the range type.  This makes it do only one final setValue on buttonUp.  This makes it more feasible to use a slider to say move things around in AutoBar.
