  • WoW Forever support, and quicker item setup
    Flavor TOCs and data folders
    • The combined Water-Dispenser.toc (11509, 20506) splits into _Vanilla (11509,
X-Flavor Era), _TBC (20506, TBC) and the new _Camelot (16001, Forever). The
three are identical except for Interface, X-Flavor and the data folder listed.
    • New Data/Flavor.lua reads X-Flavor for ns.FLAVOR, ns.EXPANSION, ns.IS_SOD and
ns.DATA_FOLDER; WOW_PROJECT_ID is no longer read anywhere.
    • Data/Collections.lua becomes one complete copy per flavor under Data/Era, SoD,
TBC, Forever, Wrath, MoP and Retail. Era, TBC and Forever are pruned to the
rows a Validate Data run resolved on that client; SoD rides the Vanilla TOC
behind its IS_SOD guard. BUILTIN_ORDER and COLLECTION_META hold no game IDs
      and move to Data/Data.lua.
      Forever compatibility
    • The legacy GetItemInfo fallback and the ns.GetContainer*/Pickup/Split
aliases are gone; callers use C_Item and C_Container directly.
    • ns.IsSecretValue wraps issecretvalue. Unit keys, CHAT_MSG_ADDON arguments, the
conjure spellcast and the unit tooltip bail on a hidden value, and the event
log writes <secret> rather than stringifying one.
    • Unit tooltips take TooltipDataProcessor where it exists (Forever has no
OnTooltipSetUnit script, so hooking it threw and stopped login setup), gated
to GameTooltip; Era keeps the script hook. Both hooks record their path for
      the Diagnostic Tools context report.
    • A split can take several bag updates to land on Forever. Shaping marks an
item settling for SHAPE_SETTLE after a move, placing matching slots but
neither reshaping nor handing loose scraps over, with a timer pass once the
window closes. StowCursorItem skips a slot it stowed into within STOW_SETTLE,
so two portions never merge into one stack.
    • GROUP_ROSTER_UPDATE in combat is deferred to PLAYER_REGEN_ENABLED, so a prune
that cannot read hidden names never drops real groupmates.
    • The announcement prefix drops the raid marker on Forever, which blocks marker
      tokens in chat.
      Options
    • Adding a dispensed item selects its new page; removing one selects Add an
Item instead of letting the tree fall back to its first entry.
    • OPTIONS_DISPENSE_DESC is retired; the panel intro and the mini-map tooltip
read OPTIONS_DISPENSE_MASTER_DESC. Tooltip copy tightened across the panel,
      every locale updated.
      Diagnostics
    • The report header prints Flavor and Data folder in place of the project ID.
    • CHAT_MSG_ADDON is filtered at capture: only our own prefix logs, other
prefixes fold into a counted summary block.
    • Validate Data resolves tables by dotted path and reports a table this
client's folder never built. API checks drop the legacy globals and add the
      tooltip-path, C_Timer and C_AddOns probes.
Also: icon touch-up, .luacheckrc globals updated, READMEs and the test plan
      cover all four flavors.
