What's new
- New: Move and resize windows by dragging/scrolling with shift (temporal) or ctrl (permanent). Reset with alt.
- The "interrupt available" indicator in enemy nameplates now works with Warlock pets too.
- Fix blinking default out of range indicator in pet bar.
