WarriorMassspotTracker

WarriorMassspotTracker is a raid utility for World of Warcraft Classic Era designed to help coordinate Warrior Challenging Shout and Limited Invulnerability Potion (LIP) rotations.

The addon provides a compact overview of your Warriors and helps the raid quickly identify who is currently able to take over a mass-tanking situation.

Challenging Shout Tracking

WarriorMassspotTracker automatically detects Challenging Shout casts by Warriors in your party or raid.

The main duration bar displays:

• The currently active Challenging Shout
• The name of the Warrior who used it
• The remaining duration
• A smooth animated countdown bar

If multiple Warriors use Challenging Shout at the same time, the addon automatically displays the one with the longest remaining duration.

This makes overlapping Challenging Shouts easier to coordinate during encounters where several Warriors need to temporarily control a large number of enemies.

Warrior Readiness

Below the Challenging Shout bar, the addon displays all Warriors currently in your party or raid.

For every Warrior it tracks:

• Challenging Shout cooldown
• Limited Invulnerability Potion cooldown
• LIP availability
• Addon synchronization status
• Overall readiness

A Warrior is displayed as:

READY
Challenging Shout is ready, the LIP cooldown is ready, and at least one Limited Invulnerability Potion is available.

NOT READY
Challenging Shout and/or the Limited Invulnerability Potion is currently on cooldown, or no LIP is available.

UNKNOWN
The Warrior is not synchronized with WarriorMassspotTracker, so their personal potion cooldown and inventory cannot be determined reliably.

OFFLINE
The Warrior is currently disconnected but remains visible in the raid list.

Limited Invulnerability Potion Tracking

WarriorMassspotTracker checks whether the local Warrior has Limited Invulnerability Potions in their inventory.

The addon also tracks the personal LIP cooldown.

This information is automatically synchronized with other WarriorMassspotTracker users in the party or raid.

Because World of Warcraft does not expose another player's inventory and personal item cooldown directly, accurate LIP readiness requires the Warrior to have WarriorMassspotTracker installed.

Automatic Synchronization

WarriorMassspotTracker automatically communicates with other users of the addon in your party or raid.

A green SYNC indicator shows Warriors whose information is currently being synchronized.

Synchronization includes relevant information such as:

• Challenging Shout readiness
• LIP cooldown
• LIP inventory availability
• Warrior readiness

A periodic heartbeat keeps synchronization information current.

No manual configuration is required for synchronization.

Interface

The interface is designed to remain compact and readable during raids.

Features include:

• Smooth Challenging Shout duration bar
• Fixed Warrior status columns
• Movable tracker window
• Lock/unlock functionality
• Adjustable scale
• Adjustable transparency
• Automatic German/English localization
• Saved settings between sessions

The interface automatically follows your WoW client language.

Currently supported:

• English
• German

Other client languages currently fall back to English.

Minimap Button

WarriorMassspotTracker includes a minimap button for quick access.

Left Click
Locks or unlocks the tracker window.

When unlocked, example data is displayed so you can easily position and configure the interface.

Right Click
Shows or hides the tracker window.

Drag
Moves the button around the minimap.

Configuration Commands

All configuration commands use:

/wmt

Lock the tracker

/wmt lock

Locks the tracker at its current position.

Unlock the tracker

/wmt unlock

Unlocks the tracker so it can be moved.

Example data is displayed while the tracker is unlocked.

Change interface scale

/wmt scale 1.0

Valid range:

0.50 - 2.00

Examples:

/wmt scale 0.8
/wmt scale 1.0
/wmt scale 1.25

Change transparency

/wmt alpha 1.0

Valid range:

0.20 - 1.00

Examples:

/wmt alpha 0.6
/wmt alpha 0.8
/wmt alpha 1.0

Force synchronization

/wmt sync

Immediately sends the current WarriorMassspotTracker synchronization information to your party or raid.

Reset interface settings

/wmt reset

Resets the tracker position, scale and transparency to their default values.

Show addon version

/wmt version

Displays the currently installed WarriorMassspotTracker version and synchronization protocol version.

Recommended Raid Setup

For the most accurate information, all Warriors participating in the Challenging Shout/LIP rotation should install WarriorMassspotTracker.

This allows the raid to immediately see which Warrior has:

Challenging Shout ready + LIP ready + LIP available = READY

and makes it much easier to coordinate emergency mass-tanking rotations without relying entirely on voice communication.
