Warlock One Button puts your rotation on a single key. Each press casts the next spell in your list, and a smart overlay watches your target's debuffs, so the moment a DoT falls off or gets resisted, the button tells you exactly what to recast and which key to hold.
**Features**
- **One key, your whole rotation.** Drag spells from your spellbook into the list (or type their names) and put them in order. Each press casts the next step, and it only moves on when the cast actually starts, so pressing during the global cooldown, out of range or without mana never skips a spell.
- **DoTs once per target.** Your damage over time spells go out once on each new target, then the button loops your filler and never wastes a cast on a DoT that's still ticking.
- **Smart overlay.** When a DoT is missing, about to expire or resisted, it takes over the button with a glow and shows the key to press. The button also shows DoT timers, cooldowns, the global cooldown sweep, and range and mana warnings.
- **Shift / Ctrl / Alt recasts.** Give any spell a modifier, then hold it and press your key to cast that spell straight away without moving the sequence.
- **+ Pet Attack.** Tick it on a spell and the addon builds a complete pet attack macro for you. Your pet is only sent in when you have one out and your target is a living enemy.
- **Easy setup.** A step-by-step guide shows until you add your first spell, and there's a ready-made example Affliction rotation to start from. Pick your hotkey right in the options, and if that key (or its Shift / Ctrl / Alt versions) is already used, it tells you what it does now before taking it over.
- **Movable and lockable** button with a minimap icon and adjustable scale.
- Saved separately for each character.
**How to use**
Type **/wob** to open the options, or use the minimap button or Options → AddOns → Warlock One Button. Click **? Help** in the options for the full guide.
**Why it works this way**
Blizzard doesn't let addons decide in combat what a button casts, so the button runs a normal `/castsequence` plus your Shift / Ctrl / Alt recasts: one press, one cast, like any macro. The smart overlay only shows you what to press, it never presses anything itself. Changes made during combat are applied as soon as combat ends.
**Disclaimer**
Warlock One Button is one of a few addons I came up with to make quality of life easier for myself while playing WoW Classic Era. The ideas are my own, and I did not search for, look at, or use any other author's addons, code or artwork before making them. Any resemblance to existing addons is coincidental.
Made for WoW Classic Era. Formerly called Affliction One Button. Released under the MIT license.
