Fix stray hide breaking other addons' shared popup frames
The deferred Ctrl/Cmd+C hide closed over the shared StaticPopup
frame, which can be reassigned to another addon's dialog (e.g.
Ellesmere) before the timer fires, force-closing it. Guard the
hide on self.which and stop pinning the overflow slot that made
collisions likely.
