    Flatten addon files to repo root to fix CurseForge packaging

    CurseForge's automatic packaging copies the repo root into a folder
    named by .pkgmeta's package-as. With addon files already nested under
    WarcraftLogsFinder/, that produced a doubly-nested
    WarcraftLogsFinder/WarcraftLogsFinder/WarcraftLogsFinder.toc, so the
    packager could never find/parse the TOC and aborted with "Could not
    extract api versions in TOC files" regardless of the Interface value.
    Moving the addon files to the repo root lets package-as produce the
    correct single-level structure. Also restores Interface to 120100,
    the real live retail build.
