Warband Profession Ledger is a profession tracking addon for players who manage multiple characters, multiple professions, and long recipe collection lists across their warband.

Instead of logging into each character one by one to remember who has which profession, which recipes are missing, or which profession gear is equipped, Warband Profession Ledger gives you a single in-game window for reviewing your profession progress across characters you have logged into.

What it does

Warband Profession Ledger records profession information for your characters and presents it in a compact table view. After you open a profession window on a character, the addon can save that profession's known and unknown recipes, profession equipment, and related recipe data. Over time, this builds a practical account-wide ledger of your crafting progress.

You can use it to answer questions like:

• Which character has Blacksmithing, Jewelcrafting, Alchemy, or another profession?
• Which recipes has this character already learned?
• Which recipes are still missing?
• Which missing recipes can be bought as recipe items?
• Which character should I log into when I want to craft or continue collecting recipes?
• What should I search for on the auction house next?

Recipe tracking across characters

The addon is especially useful for players who collect recipes on alts. It can show learned and unlearned recipes in a dedicated recipe overview, with filters and search tools to narrow the list.

For example, you can look at one profession, hide already learned recipes, search for a specific recipe name, or focus on recipes that have a known recipe item. This makes recipe collecting less dependent on memory, screenshots, or external spreadsheets.

Auctionator shopping list support

Auctionator is optional, but when it is installed, Warband Profession Ledger can create shopping lists for missing recipe items.

This is useful when you want to turn your missing recipe list into something actionable. Instead of manually typing recipe names into the auction house, you can send matching unlearned recipes to an Auctionator shopping list and check prices from there.

The addon can also use Auctionator market data as an optional filter, so you can focus on recipe items that Auctionator has already seen in its pricing database.

Weekly profession treatise helper

Warband Profession Ledger includes an optional weekly treatise button for the bank. When enabled, opening the bank can show a small button if your current character has unused weekly profession treatises available in the character bank or warband bank.

Clicking the button withdraws one needed treatise for each eligible profession, helping you avoid the weekly routine of checking every profession manually. The button is movable, can be anchored to your bank UI, and is designed to work with both the default bank and replacement bank addons.

Profession gear overview

The addon also records profession equipment information for your characters, helping you keep track of profession-related gear across your warband. This is useful when swapping between crafting alts or checking whether a character is properly set up for a profession.

Slash commands

Warband Profession Ledger can be opened and controlled with slash commands:

• /wpl - Open or close the main Warband Profession Ledger window.
• /wpl scan - Scan the currently open Blizzard profession window and save its profession data.
• /wpl options - Open the addon settings.
• /wpl resetpos - Reset the main window position.
• /wpl treatise or /wpl wt - Withdraw available weekly profession treatises from the currently open bank.
• /wpl help - Show the command list in chat.

Designed for alt-heavy profession players

Warband Profession Ledger is aimed at players who:

• Maintain several crafting characters
• Collect profession recipes
• Use Auctionator to shop for recipes
• Want an in-game overview instead of external notes
• Regularly check weekly profession knowledge sources
• Prefer a compact, practical profession window

It does not replace the default profession UI. Instead, it adds a warband-focused layer on top of it: a place to review, compare, search, and act on profession information across the characters you play.
