Fixed all 8 profession Concentration currencies reading a frozen, outdated value instead of the real current one. Blizzard mints a new Concentration currency per profession every expansion (all sharing the identical name, e.g. "Alchemy Concentration") — the ids this addon tracked were left over from an earlier expansion and had been sitting capped ever since, silently never reflecting real play. Updated to the current Midnight-era ids for all 8 professions.
