Polish and layout release: clearer main-window chrome, smarter custom tooltips, tighter scroll regions on inventory-style tabs, and broader localization coverage.

#### Added
- **Patreon** header control next to the guide/info actions: click to reveal a copy-friendly support link (with dedicated tooltip string and `Media/donateicon.png` artwork).
- **Footer strip** along the bottom of the main window: short tagline on the left and **add-on version** from TOC metadata on the right (`MAIN_FOOTER_*` locale keys).
- **Collections > Recent** refresh with card-style presentation for newly tracked collectibles.
- **Optional class-colored accent** profile option (`useClassColorAccent`) so chrome can follow the logged-in character's class palette where supported.

#### Improvements
- **Custom tooltip anchoring** chooses screen-safe positions, avoids overlapping the anchor widget when possible, and clamps oversized summaries (`TooltipService` placement helpers).
- **Character roster** shows **class-colored names** (and related row accents) using Blizzard's class color table.
- **Main window layout**: reduced dead space above the footer; **container anchoring** adjustments for more predictable resize/drag behavior; scroll-child width updates so wide tabs get horizontal scroll instead of crushed content.
- **Storage, Items, and Statistics** tabs: **scroll-bottom annex / fill** for search and results stacks so the viewport reads full-height (`UI_AnnexResultsToScrollBottom` integration).
- **Accordion animations** (Currency/Reputation-style sections) smoothed; **To-Do / Plans tracker** polish including track icons and clearer planned-vs-completed behavior.
- **Default font** handling refinements alongside ongoing Settings UI restructuring.

#### Fixed
- **Settings** panel regressions addressed (commit-tracked settings bug fix pass).
- **To-Do** edge cases around planned items versus completed state.
- Follow-up **Patreon/header** interaction fixes and assorted **color and alignment** corrections after layout churn.
