What's new

# Wanderer — Changelog

La version en ligne est la 0.33.0. Les versions de travail sont numérotées 0.33.1, 0.33.2… (une par livraison dans le jeu). À la mise en ligne, la version devient **0.34.0** et le bloc ci-dessous se colle tel quel dans le champ « Changelog » de CurseForge. Ensuite : 0.34.1, 0.34.2… jusqu'à la suivante.

```
0.34.0
New
- Welcome screen, told by the fireside in a few pages: your journal's binding (look), the kind of traveller you are (Wanderer, Seasoned adventurer, Storyteller, Delver), a lighter interface, your chat tabs.
- Travel journal redesigned: character header, page tiles and a Chronicle of your journey, day by day.
- The journal shows everything the game remembers: places explored, every quest completed with its title, professions, gold and level.
- Journal milestones: first mount, dungeons, profession steps, gold, nights at the inn, play sessions, deaths (optional).
- A short notice and the sound of a quill each time something is written in the journal.
- Profiles by place: one profile for the open world, another for cities, another for dungeons (raids and battlegrounds follow dungeons), switched by itself on arrival and made ready for each place: everything in view in dungeons, the interface faded out of a fight in cities, barely there while calm in the open world. The minimap, quests and chat always stay.
- Your portrait stays in view while your mana comes back, even when the interface is faded.
- Flights keep the chat in view.
- Edit Mode layout per profile: Wanderer activates one of your own Edit Mode layouts with each profile (and so with each place).
- Three ready-made Edit Mode layouts, made by the game itself and yours to adjust: Stacked (bars 1 to 4 stacked at the bottom, bar 5 on the right edge, 6 on the left, 7 and 8 on the sides, portraits just above), Clean (main bar alone, every other bar in fights only, each in its place) and Blizzard (the game's default). Stacked and Clean take the gryphons away, put the game menu and the bags at the bottom right and the experience bar at the top center, and place the cast bar, swing timers, extra and encounter buttons, vehicle exit and totems around the bars instead of on them.
- Clean interface (optional): discreet minimap without border, buttons on hover; discreet quest tracker.
- Travel mode: during flights the interface fades away and your destination appears.
- Photo mode: one key hides everything but the label.
- While away (optional): when the game marks you away, the interface fades (the chat stays) and an ambiance of your choice begins: Contemplation (the camera turns slowly around you), By the fire (your character sits and rests, the camera down on the ground facing them; a key lights the game's own campfire in front of them), Panorama (far over the landscape) or Today's journal (a page of what you lived today). Move the camera (a mouse button held, the wheel) or press a key: it steps aside at once, the camera gliding back to where it was; still away and quiet for 30 seconds, it comes back.
- Minimap button menu: options, journal, photo mode, session summary, names, reload...
- Addon icons gathered (optional): the other addons' minimap buttons go into one drawer, opened from Wanderer's menu.
- A quiet line over the target frame: "Not yours yet" and, in groups, your share of the target's threat (unless the game shows it already), and in dungeons a soft alert when a monster leaves you (tanks).
- Private messages (optional): whispers and Battle.net whispers in their own window, with history, item links, class colors, a round portrait of each person (the real one when they are around, else their race); never opened during a fight, a golden dot on the minimap button while messages wait.
- Movable game windows (optional): drag the title of a game window (map, character, bags, spells, merchants, mail...) to move it; it opens there every time.
- The label stands above every head: Wanderer turns on the game's nameplates it needs; those of allies stay always invisible (the label says everything), enemies keep theirs. Your nameplate settings are given back when switched off.
- Copy the chat: the last lines of the chat tab in view, as plain text ready for Ctrl+C (menu or /wanderer copy).
- Chat tabs: create Group, Guild and Whispers tabs in one click.
- Mailbox: a "Take all" button (only when the game has none): gold and items of every letter, cash on delivery left to you.
- Wanderer's options answer to the game's search box by their page and section names too.
- Roleplay gestures (optional): read when opening the map, a book or the mail; cheer on level up; wave at the characters you talk to, without a word.
- Quest rewards: items you cannot use in red, the choice that sells for the most marked, comparison with what you wear.
- Conversation scenes: adjustable text size, objectives shown when you come back to a quest giver.
- "What's new" window after each update; live label preview in the options.
- Options: show the welcome screen again, reset the active profile's settings.
Changed
- "Not yours yet" has its own line in the label and shows under your target's name; in a fight your target keeps only this warning over its head, its name being on its health bar.
- Enemy names no longer come back above heads during a fight unless you ask for it (Names page): their health bars already show.
- The label shows quest objectives right after the level and status; its small health bar shows for every character and ally (enemy players show theirs above them).
- The label shows what a character is looking at in a small block: round portrait, name, level and class, health.
- The label shows the round portrait of the character you hover, on its left.
- The label and your target's name sit right on the head when the nameplate under them is invisible.
- Softer motion everywhere: every fade eases in and out, the interface and the camera never jump; the camera waits a moment before moving and can't drift with quick clicks on a character.
- Lighter: the interaction prompt and the quest levels in the quest log are gone, as the game does both itself (its own interact key and icon; levels already shown by WoW Forever). Your own interact setting is given back as it was.
Fixed
- Conversation scenes no longer let the interface come back between two pages, and fade everything at the bottom of the screen (bars, portraits, cast bar) quickly; NPCs no longer seem to speak with two voices (the greeting gesture is now a silent wave).
- "Not yours yet" works where the game keeps monsters' health secret (WoW Forever): the blows they take tell whether they were touched; damage from your thorns does not count, as it does not make a monster yours.
- The label above a head fades out where it was when the mouse leaves, instead of jumping back to the cursor; it also finds the nameplate in games that give it only by its own name.
- Quests accepted or handed in by themselves no longer leave a conversation scene open.
- WoW Forever names with several words (first and family name) are used in full: whispers reach the right person.
- The game's own dialogue and quest windows could appear with a conversation scene (trainers, quest givers): the game's dialogue manager is now taken over too.
- Quests the game takes on its own (from an item, an area, the adventure map) no longer leave a scene open.
- Tooltips repeated the class as a specialization ("Warrior (Warrior)").
## Détail (en français)
### 0.34.0 — en préparation
- Écran de bienvenue en pages, raconté au coin du feu : reliure du carnet (style), quel voyageur êtes-vous (Vagabond, Aventurier aguerri, Conteur, Explorateur des profondeurs), interface allégée, onglets de discussion, conseils ; réaffichable depuis les options.
- Icônes d'addons regroupées dans un tiroir (option).
- Boîte aux lettres : bouton « Tout prendre » (seulement si le jeu n'en a pas).
- Options réorganisées (nouvelle page Immersion, onglets de discussion avec les autres joueurs) ; recherche du jeu enrichie (nom de page et de section).
- Carnet de voyage repensé : en-tête du personnage, tuiles, Chronique jour par jour, rôles des PNJ, rares vaincus plusieurs fois.
- Le carnet ne distingue plus « avant / après Wanderer » : tout ce que le jeu sait s'affiche (section « Plus tôt dans votre voyage », liste complète des quêtes accomplies avec leur titre).
- Jalons : monture, donjons, paliers de métier, or, repos, séances, morts (en option).
- Avis et son de plume à chaque écriture dans le carnet.
- Profils par lieu (monde ouvert, villes, donjons, raids, champs de bataille), création en un clic.
- Disposition du mode Édition par profil (et donc par lieu), appliquée hors combat.
- Deux dispositions du mode Édition prêtes à l'emploi, créées par le jeu lui-même : Empilée (4 barres empilées, portraits au-dessus) et Épurée (barre principale seule, la deuxième en combat).
- Interface épurée : minicarte discrète (sans bord, boutons au survol), suivi des quêtes discret.
- Mode voyage pendant les vols, mode photo.
- Menu du bouton de la minicarte.
- Messages privés dans leur propre fenêtre (option) : portrait rond de chaque personne (le vrai si elle est près de vous, sinon celui de sa race), historique, liens cliquables, jamais en combat, point doré sur la minicarte.
- Copier le chat : les dernières lignes en texte simple, prêtes pour Ctrl+C (menu ou /wanderer copy).
- Onglets de discussion en un clic ; gestes (lire, acclamer, saluer).
- Récompenses : inutilisables en rouge, la plus chère marquée, comparaison avec l'équipement ; taille du texte des scènes ; objectifs au retour.
- Fenêtre « Nouveautés », aperçu en direct de l'étiquette, réinitialisation du profil.
- Allègement : retrait de l'invite d'interaction et des niveaux de quête du journal (le jeu fait les deux lui-même) ; le réglage d'interaction du joueur lui est rendu.
- Ligne discrète au-dessus du cadre de cible : « pas encore à vous » et menace en groupe (sauf si le jeu l'affiche déjà) et alerte douce de perte de menace en donjon (tanks).
- Transitions adoucies partout (fondus progressifs, caméra qui attend un instant et ne dérive plus avec des clics rapides).
- Le repère « pas encore à vous » ne s'affiche jamais pour un monstre déjà pris ou dont le jeu cache l'état.
- Diagnostic du repère « pas encore à vous » avec /wanderer debug.
- Corrections : « Interagir » seulement sur les objets utilisables ; fenêtres de dialogue et de quête du jeu en double avec la scène (le gestionnaire de dialogues du jeu est repris), scène restée ouverte après une quête prise automatiquement ; « Guerrière (Guerrier) ».
