- Simplified the guild-rank promotion guidance so it now shows a shorter `Please change to [target rank].` style message.
- Localized launcher tooltips to Korean labels such as `Open Wakie`, `Open Recruitment`, and `Open Settings`, and added the `Right-click: move launcher` hint.
- Localized recruitment state tooltips as well, including pending applicant counts and active-post management labels.
- Removed temporary debug slash commands for raid-party conversion and max-level preview from the release build.
