WADS - WoW Annoyance Detection System

Minor update to combat a new type of gold spam.

On my home server, gold spammers are now alternating spam websites over and over in trade chat.  This means that besides they're changing WADS filters every message, the whole chat windows becomes "message X blocked, message Y blocked, <repeats>..."

I've moved the announcement that a message has been blocked to the UIErrorFrame (where you get the red text that says you can't cast a spell, or whatever.)  It's inherently capped to 3 anyway, so the worst that will happen is you have 3 WADS messages at the top of your screen and your chat window will still be usable.

With verbosity set to max, the top of the screen will say WADS would've blocked something, and the full message will go into the chat window.

Thinking about more types of updates in the future, but I don't want to redo the work of other addons that can be downloaded.
