Added some more features to the interface, as well as a toggle for debug mode.
Also fixed an issue with old settings file not converting correctly to the new one, tested and works.
No bugs could be found and as such I will be releasing as a release.

Rev 2 Release

- Rebuilt entire addon using Ace libraries.
- Now includes an interface to set options.
- Now includes a "spam level" meter, allowing users to adjust displayed messages.
- Various patches to other little bugs.
