• feat: per-expansion vendor checklist plus confirmed delete list
  Check an expansion to sell everything the vendor buys from it, whatever the type; the ilvl gap no longer applies to checked expansions and every keep gate holds (sets, transmog/toy/pet, Pawn, live quests, heirlooms, auction value). Dead leftovers the vendor refuses collect in a delete list when proven dead (completed quest, artifact-power token), one confirm per deletion, always announced. Replaces the Midnight keep toggle with an unchecked-by-default checklist; nothing pre-checked. Bank moves stay in VocWarbank.
• feat: keep current-expansion gear out of junk sales
  Non-BoE weapons and armor from the current expansion (Midnight, ID 11) never count as old gear, mirroring VocWarbank rule 3. Expansion ID is the item's own C_Item.GetItemInfo return 15, verified against Blizzard's generated docs on live and forever. Fail closed on unknown data; new Keep current-expansion gear toggle defaults on. Bank-to-bag moves stay in VocWarbank.
