Lots of changes in this version.

Added support for cast warnings when a DoT spell is going to expire.  Also added a mind blast timer so you keep ontop of using right when the cooldown is available.  As it currently stands it expects you to have the T9 gear bonus to extend the Vampiric Touch DoT to 21 seconds from the normal 15 seconds.

Added color coding to all passed information.  Each spell has it's own color.  Each system kickback from the system has it's own color.  Making it easier to not read and just react to the verbose.

Changed the debug feature to kick out more clear information on the debug.  If the debug is for a variable, give variable name and gives value.  If it is for a function it gives the function with the variables/return value that is/are associated.

Created a timer reset for the spell cast reminders on target change.

When you enter combat you will get spam to cast the spells that are needed, you then do not get a warning until you are 1.5+GCD (seconds) to recast the spell (up to 1.5 seconds past cast availability).  If you allow the spell to expire THEN you will have the massive spam to recast.

I do not plan on taking the chatframe spam away because the way this addon is designed to work it is about increasing DoT uptime.  I use this to push every ounce of dps out in boss fights possible.

FUTURE CHANGES:
I will be adding the ability to turn off the pre-warning for spell expirations.
I will be adding a detection to see if you have two pieces of T9 gear and adjusting the Vamp Touch spell timer automatically.

I handled the bugs I could find with the beta, I didn't recieve any feedback so I was unable to repair any known issues from users.

BUGs:
-When casting Mind Blast the timer does not catch it correctly, causing lots of spam.  I will disable the warning while in a raid and it shouldn't be an issue for anyone.  You will just have to keep an eye on Mind Blast while in a raid because the addon will not alert you for now.
