  • Add spell tooltips on sidebar ability library hover (#47)
    Hovering an unplaced element in the edit-mode sidebar now shows the
    standard spell tooltip, anchored to the right of the row. Placed
    elements inside groups remain untouched.
    Spell-ID resolution is factored into a new GetElemSpellID helper so it
    stays in lockstep with GetElemSpellIcon.
