Vendor Expand Forever

- Adds an arrow button to the merchant window to expand it or restore it to normal size in one click.
- New "Items" dropdown to choose how many items are shown per page: 10 (default Blizzard window), 20, 30, 40 or 50.
- Expanded window keeps the original Blizzard merchant look: same item slots, prices, stock, quality borders, tooltips, buying and selling.
- Built-in page navigation when a vendor sells more items than the selected size.
- Buyback tab works in expanded mode.
- Your chosen size is remembered between sessions.
- Slash command: /vef toggles the expanded view, /vef 10|20|30|40|50 sets the size directly.
- English and French localization.
