Velvet Rope

Decide who gets past the rope. Screen your Group Finder by realm or by player — and decline the ones you don't want in one click.

Velvet Rope watches applicants to your premade group and the groups you browse. Anyone on a realm or player you've blacklisted gets a region tag next to their name (BR, ES, OCE, or one you set), with a tooltip saying why. A floating button (or a key you bind) declines all of them at once.

Features

• Realm blacklist — all 246 Americas & Oceania realms in collapsible groups (US Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern, Oceanic, Latin America, Brazil), plus any custom realm you type in. Oceanic, Latin American, and Brazilian realms start blacklisted; click any realm to toggle it.
• Player blacklist & allow list — block specific characters with a note ("left after first wipe"), or always allow someone even if their realm is blocked.
• Right-click to add — right-click an applicant, a group listing, a name in chat, a unit frame, or a party/raid/guild/friends entry and choose Blacklist player, Always allow player, or Blacklist realm.
• Tags your applicants — flagged applicants get a region tag next to their name, and their tooltip shows the reason.
• Your own realm tags — right-click any realm to give it your own tag (up to 4 letters), shown in place of its region.
• Filters what you browse — tag groups whose leader is blacklisted, or hide them from the search results entirely.
• Trusts your people — friends, Battle.net friends, and guildmates are never flagged unless you blacklist that character by name.
• One-click decline — a draggable button appears when flagged applicants are waiting. Bind it to a key from the Options page. Includes a dry-run mode.
• Share your list — export your realm and player lists as a string and import a friend's (merge or replace).
• Bring your old list — import from Personal Blacklist Manager (one click if it's installed, or paste its saved-data file), or paste any list of Name-Realm lines.
• Minimap icon, addon compartment entry, and a Settings > AddOns entry.

Notes

• Declining an applicant is a protected action in WoW, so Velvet Rope never declines on its own — you click the button or press your key.
• Velvet Rope pauses itself in combat, during boss encounters, active keystones, and rated PvP, when Group Finder data is restricted.
• Works alongside Premade Groups Filter.
