v0.9.16 — Identity refresh on world entry

Identity tracking

• Always-refresh uploader identity on world entry — previously, the addon would keep the cached identity from a prior login session, which caused runs uploaded immediately after a character switch to be misattributed. Now the identity stamps to the current character on every login.
• Always-refresh on DB init — the same fix applied to the addon's first-run database initialization path.

Carried forward from v0.9.15

• WoW client patch version capture — addon now records the active WoW client patch version with each run, enabling Velara Intelligence to correctly contextualize spell/talent data when patches change tuning mid-season.

Install: drop the VelaraIntel folder into your World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\AddOns\ folder, or update through the CurseForge desktop app. /reload in-game; chat will show VelaraIntel: v0.9.16 loaded.

Verify (optional): after install, log in as one character, type /dump VelaraIntelDB.uploaderIdentity. Switch characters, run the dump again — the value should update to the new character.
