made it less spammy, tho new discovery abilities spam can be enabled with /vp commands.

Changed treshold of EXPECTED_SOON from 0.5s to 1.5s because I tried to spell reflect the Curse at the last boss of Old Hillsbrad/Durnholde and 0.5 notification isn't humanely possible.
