Changes since 0.9.46:
- German clients: item tooltips are read the German way now — "Punkt(e)" between the amount and its unit, and the bandage word order ("Heilt 7 Sek. lang 161 Punkt(e) Schaden") — so bandages, healing potions and food show their numbers on the action bar and in tooltips. The parser language follows the client locale, and the "Use:" label of fr/es/it/pt/ru clients is already recognised.
- Item tooltips: a client that re-fires the tooltip callback for the same, unchanged tooltip — or re-enters it from its own AddLine — no longer rebuilds and appends the StatsInfo block again; the tooltip stays stable instead of growing on every fire.
- Bag upgrade arrows: verdicts are memoized per link within one revision, so Baganator's per-button refresh no longer recomputes the full comparison behind every callback (a measured ~20-40 full comparisons per second while bags were open).
- Rogue poisons and bleeds on both clients: Retail Deadly Poison estimates rendered with native aura clocks, refresh after late procs, native poison duration text, stacking after DoTs, and stable estimates under appearance settings.
- DoTs can be coloured by effect type, with a stable Rainbow option.
- Forever: reliable aura resynchronization ported from the Retail lessons (recovers missed procs, stack changes, renewals and poison removals).
- Retail action bars: percent healing for Crimson Vial, Recuperate, Healthstone-style items and additional class and racial heals.
- `tools/hover_probe`: a diagnostic addon that attributes item-tooltip work to addons per second (used to trace tooltip stutter; development tooling, not part of the packages).
Both ZIPs passed archive and source verification, and the Retail package integration, module-switch and startup tests passed. One pre-existing ResourceDing reset test failure remains reproducible on the baseline. Full gameplay validation for every class and feature remains incomplete.
